Ashley Pastor (Co-founder, ECEA)

Ashley has been in the childcare field for 9 years. Her first introduction was working for a similar on-call company from 2017-2019, then settling into a centre full time from 2020-2025 in their I/T room. Ashley's time as a sub has put her in every type of centre and every age group, and she is looking forward to getting back into the subbing game!

• Comfortable working alone or in a team

• Comfortable in I/T rooms

Sarah McCutcheon (Co-Founder, ECE/IT/SN

Sarah has been a licensed ECE for 8 years. Since starting in the industry, she has worked in all types of classrooms, with every age group, from infants to high school students. Some highlights of her jobs have included being a team lead in toddler and preschool classrooms, working in teams with amazing co-workers, and supplying when she first started in the industry.
